Funds raised through this event and the fall Love of Food and Wine Dinner fortify the Citrograph Scholarship Fund, part of the Citrograph Foundation, that provides scholarships for college students majoring in business, music and graphic design. More than $100,000 has been awarded to students since the inception of the fund.
