OurMission & Values
The Citrograph Foundation was established in 2002 to create a means by which to offer assistance to students pursuing careers in the fields of Music, Business, and Graphic Design.
Our Board
The members of our board of directors are thought leaders who have made a significant contribution to our society. Each and every one of them brings a unique set of skills and expertise to our organization.
Al Hernandez
Al is co-founder of the Citrograph Foundation. He currently serves as Commissioner for the San Bernardino County Equal Opportunity Commission representing the County's Second District, past president of Town & Gown at the University of Redlands, Past President of the Redlands Sunrise Rotary and as a board member at the Family Service Association of Redlands. He has served on numerous other non-profit boards since coming to Redlands in 2000. He is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
Ryan Bailey
Ryan is co-founder of the Citrograph Foundation and has served the Foundation as President and Vice President. He has been President of Town & Gown at the University of Redlands and has been active with other non-profit boards since coming to Redlands in 1997. Ryan is a graduate of Platt College with a Degree in Graphic Design.
Rachel Roche
Rachel Roche joined the board of the Citrograph Foundation in 2017. She is the Associate Director of Athletics and Senior Woman Administrator at the University of Redlands, where she has worked since 1999. She previously served as the President of the Board of Trustees for Montessori in Redlands. She also has experience with the Town & Gown board and the NCAA Women's Water Polo Championship Committee. Rachel holds a master's degree from Redlands and a bachelor's degree from William & Mary. She and her husband, Geoff, reside in Redlands with their daughter.
